This engine has a Forward Mount Shift Lever which means you can gear change with your fingertips. It’s so much easier to operate than on other outboards, whether you’re left or right-handed. Together with a soft-grip throttle handle and a twist-lock, it’s effortless. You can just roll the power on and off all day long or lock it off – similar to cruise control.
